ULI MEMBERS ONLY
Join ULI Baltimore for an exciting tour of Frederick! We will be starting at the Visitor’s Center and exploring downtown Frederick by foot. Our guides will point out the revitalization that is taking place downtown along Carroll Creek and Market St. We will be stopping by Olde Mother Brewing, Milkhouse Brewery and having lunch at Flying Dog brewery – experiencing Frederick’s growth in the brewing industry!
We will continue our bus tour of the County and learn more about the developments and opportunities including former Bechtel campus, Arcadia Business Park, Wedgewood West, Northgate Crossing, the State Farm building, and Riverside Research.
Location Bus Pick Up: Security P&R, I-70 Baltimore, MD 21229
Registration/Breakfast: 7:00 am
Bus Departs: 7:30 am and returns approximately by 5:00 pm
