Mahlon (Sandy) Apgar, IV to serve as Monday Morning Keynote!

The tone of the conference is set by one of the country’s leading innovative thinkers and advisors relating organizational issues and strategies to infrastructure. Sandy Apgar’s career has included positions with Maryland’s own Jim Rouse as well as President Bill Clinton. He brings his international skills and national urban management strategies to Maryland where he has been advising on the Public Private Partnerships recently debated in the Maryland legislature.
