**Mike will take us along the journey of understanding Toyota Kata while covering key topics such as Coaching Kata and Improvement Kata, role of Advance Group, the 5 question card, linking the current condition, target condition to the challenge, how the system develops leaders and leads to long lasting cultural changes, the importance of practice and routines using PDCA problem solving and the use of story boards, and critical success factors for organizations interested in the implementation of Toyota Kata.
