Negotiating Alliances

Join Saul Ewing special counsel, Jay Reilly, as he discusses all aspects of negotiating alliances, including various collaboration structures, diligence considerations, key legal provisions and negotiation tips.

The Discussion will take place at the Bowie Business Innovation Center, 14000 Jericho Park Rd, Bowie, Maryland from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., with networking to follow until 10 a.m. A light breakfast will be served.
