The RMC is back in Annapolis for Rural Maryland Day!
Please join RMC on Thursday, February 13, 2025, for Rural Maryland Day. This free special event offers legislators an opportunity to engage with rural constituents and stakeholders, fostering discussions on initiatives and opportunities that impact rural Maryland communities.
Agenda
Briefing Call by Zoom: Wednesday, February 12, 2025 – 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Join RMC staff for a Zoom briefing call to discuss event logistics, what to expect during the event, and to participate in a Q&A session.
- 8:30 am to 9:00 am: Join RMC Staff in the Gloucester Room of the Maryland Inn for a welcome and briefing. The Maryland Inn is located at 16 Church Circle, Annapolis.
- 9:00 am to 10:00 am: Take Part in Scheduled Legislative Appointments
- 10:00 am to 11:00 am: Attend Maryland General Assembly Floor Session for the House and Senate.
- 11:00 am to 12:00 pm: Take Part in Scheduled Legislative Appointments
- 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm: Return to the Maryland Inn for a Boxed Lunch and Debriefing
