VOLT Fund Tech Loan Workshop

Learn more about how the VOLT Fund can help propel your technology business to the next level by attending this informational workshop.

Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC) manages the VOLT Fund on behalf of the Maryland Department of Commerce. A portion of the fund is targeted for loans to promising early stage companies that are designed to help attract follow-on funding from venture capital firms, angel investors and other sources. AAEDC has partnered with area incubators the Chesapeake Innovation Center and bwtech@UMBC to help promote the event to the technology community.

AAEDC is hosting an information session for prospective tech loan applicants. Attendees will learn program basics and an application overview. In addition, a representative from bwtech@UMBC and a past VOLT Fund awardee will share their thoughts on factors that can impact successful applications.
