Explain your background in economic development

My recent experience involves working with the MD Dept. of Housing & Community Development. My role as a special assistant was a great opportunity to see the government impact with housing, rehabilitation projects and development, and community development.

What are your key priorities within your current position?

My key priorities that I would like accomplish at MEDCO are redesigning the impression of MEDCO, maximizing the capabilities of our organization, and improving our operational functions.

What professional pressures keep you up at night?

I think the hardest professional pressure is keeping synergy within a team despite many challenges.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with MEDA and your fellow members?

I am looking to build professional relationships within MEDA to assist MEDCO and other organizations to collaborate with accomplishing their development ideas and goals.
