Workforce Technical Training Grant

Harford County will provide matching funds to its businesses to accelerate the delivery of technical training to existing employees that will contribute to expand or improve production capabilities. Criteria for these grants include:

  • Business must be located in Harford County at time of training
  • Existing employees
  • Manufacturing/Industrial/Engineering firms
  • New employees (subject to OCED approval)
  • Training for intermediate or advanced technical skills
